I curse my lips, I break my throat. I poison my tongue to unleash the word. An outcast in this world, a king in a throne. A new stygian dimension, a corpse in a womb. Transformation, amalgamation... Face and mask converge.
I pierce my eyes, I rip my lids. I sink into darkness to see. A blind to the living, oracle of the dead. Faceless... I stare into reptile eyes... Demonic flames scald all light.
In numbness I fall through the gates, into the pit.
Sight of lifelessness, utter silence and decay! The inert temple of ungodly masters! In a static ecstasy they hail. Deeper... and deeper I go... to abandon life and be reborn.

Swirling guitars, furious drums, vocals that at the same time howl from infinite distance and are right up in your head; everything put into dissonant form with the help of unconventional songwriting. This album is my personal key to the icelanding black metal madness that I've ignored for way too long! Lukas Kaufmann
